Shipping & Returns
We ship internationally and offer free express shipping on all orders over 201€. If the item is currently in stock, orders typically ship the next working day upon payment. Goods will be dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday).
Goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept unused items in their original condition. Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your return. Please note that personalized items (such as those with monograms) are custom-made and non-returnable.
We recommend using regular post for returns. If you’re returning items with DHL, FedEx, or similar couriers from outside Europe, please ensure that all duties are paid by the sender. Any unpaid duties at or after delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
Your leather companion comes with a lifetime warranty when used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.
The warranty covers the materials and craftsmanship but does not extend to natural marks, aging of the leather, or normal wear and tear.
Repairs
In order to obtain repair or replacement under the warranty, please contact us through our email hello@craftory.com. Please specify the description of the issue in the email.
You will not be charged for repair or replacement, but you may be required to cover the cost of shipping.
