While our vegetable-tanned leather is already more environmentally friendly than chrome-tanned alternatives, we've taken sustainability further by repurposing our leather offcuts.

The restaurant's mats and coasters are crafted from 1.5mm split leather—the remaining layer after we split 3.5mm Swedish Tärnsjö tannery leather for our portfolios. This material, while not suitable for high-wear items, is perfect for these applications. The collection perfectly complements Chef Peeter Pihel's zero-waste culinary philosophy at this internationally recognized cultural hub in Telliskivi Creative City, where photography, design, music, fine dining, and conscious consumption converge.
